what need to do before use our wheat/maize flour mill machine?

when use the combined wheat/maize flour mill machine http://www.ricemillingmachinery.com/product_Grainstationusedsmallflourmillmachinericeplantflourprocessingplant.html, if there are some process need us do it before? Yes. 
1.for the wheat flour mill machine, before work, to clean the wheat to promise it with less straw and stone it better, because once mill, if not clean, will add this into the final flour, which will influence the final flour quality. 
2.for the corn/maize flour mill machine http://www.ricemillingmachinery.com/product_Grainstationusedsmallflourmillmachinericeplantflourprocessingplant.html, before work, need to clean corn and also peel the corn yellow skin and crush it into small size, as the corn is a little hard, to directly deal with not better enough.
